Which shade fits
Marin Moisture-Resistant fabrics don't absorb moisture and are tested for mildew resistance (ASTM G21). Light-filtering works for most laundry rooms; blackout suits basement bedrooms and media rooms.
Good practice in humid rooms
- Run the exhaust fan or a dehumidifier — no fabric replaces ventilation
- Leave the shade lowered occasionally so the whole fabric can dry
- Wipe with mild soap; avoid bleach and solvents
