How we work

Our Toronto project office handles samples, quotes and coordination. Shades are made to order, checked, and packed and labeled by room, then shipped to homes, job sites and dealer warehouses across North America.

Straight answers

We don't call our fabrics waterproof. Our moisture-resistant fabrics handle steam, humidity and occasional splashes and wipe clean; they are not designed for direct water spray. Where a claim depends on a test — fire, mildew, cordless safety — we can send the report.
