Enjeu
The property manager was replacing a mix of broken vinyl blinds unit by unit, as tenants moved out. Families with young children lived in the building, so corded products were off the table, and the facade needed to look uniform from the street.
Solution
Our team measured the three unit types and confirmed that most windows repeated exactly. We specified cordless shades throughout, a White/Grey sunscreen fabric that looks uniform from outside, and moisture-resistant shades in bathrooms. Shades were released in four phases and labeled by unit so the maintenance crew could install each unit in under an hour.
Résultat
All 48 units were completed over five months. Replacement shades are now ordered by unit type and window number, and typically ship within 10 business days.
